These soya protein bar are easy to make at home. Try these healthy & powder pack bars during breakfast or during workouts.
 
Ingredients:
oats
cashews
sunflower seeds
watermelon seeds
walnuts
cinnamon powder
almonds
nutrela soya granules 
peanut butter
jaggery
dates 
raisins 
black raisins
mixed berries 
 
 
Method:
In a pan add oats and dry roast them for 2 min and remove them
take a blender and add the dry roast oats, cashew, sunflower seeds, water melon seeds, walnuts, cinnamon powder, almonds, nutrela soya granules, peanut butter and grind them to make a fine paste.
now in a pan add jaggery and melt it. then add the ground paste, dates, rasins, black rasins, mixed barries and mix them well. Make a smooth paste type.
rome them from flame and let it cool
spread it on a sheet and let it rest for an hour 
cut them into bars shape and store them to have it every day during breakfast or after workout
