You might have tasted the famous parottas from South India, but these scrumptious Bun Parottas will bring in a unique twist to the traditional recipe. 
 
Ingredients:
250g maida
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
2 eggs
40ml milk
2 tbsp oil
3 tbsp oil
 
Method:
Place the maida in a large bowl.
Add salt, sugar, and mix well.
Now add two eggs and mix well.
Add milk gradully to this mix to make a soft and slightly sticky dough. Rest the dough for half an hour.
Make small balls and pour oil on top to grease the balls.
Roll them evenly in your hands. This will help the dough spread out evenly while rolling them out.
Roll out the dough very thinly, and fold it to make buns.
Heat oil and fry the buns on a low heat until done. You can also bake the buns.
Serve hot with your favourite South Indian curries and chutneys.
