Try this wonderful chicken salad toss with roasted walnuts, cherry tomatoes & olive oil. You should try this salad during evening snack or dinner. 
 
Ingredients:
 
1 CHICKEN BREAST
1 TSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE
1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
1 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
1 TSP CUMIN POWDER
SALT TO TASTE
1 TSP BUTTER
1 CUT WALNUTS
1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
1/2 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
1/2 TSP CUMIN POWDER
1/2 TSP CHAAT MASALA
2 TSP OIL
GRILL CHICKEN
1 CUP CAPSICUM
1 CUP YELLOW BELL PEPPER
1 CUP RED BELL PEPPER
2 TBSP OLIVE OIL
1/2 TBSP HONEY
1 TBSP LEMON JUICE
1/2 TSP SALT
1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPER
1 CUP CHERRY TOMATOES
1 CUP CORIANDER LEAVES
 
 
Method:
 
Take boneless chicken breast and sprinkle ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder & salt to taste. Mix them well and marinate the chicken for 1 hr.
 In a pan add butter and let it melt.
Now add walnuts, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder & chaat masala. Mix them well. Keep it aside. 
In a grill pan add oil & let it heat. Now add marinated chicken. Grill them for 5 min.
Remove it and cut them into small pieces .
Now add yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper & capsicum. Saute them and keep them aside too.
In a small bowl add olive oil, honey, lemon juice, salt, black pepper & mix them well.
Now place every thing in a bowl. Add cherry tomatoes & coriander leaves. Mix them well , toss it well & serve.
