Gobhi Methi tuk is an easy recipe for lunch or dinner cooked with cauliflower,  methi & Indian spices. 
 
Ingredients:
 
200G CAULIFLOWER
300ML WATER
1 TSP SALT
2 TBSP OIL
1 TSP CUMIN SEEDS
1/4 TSP HING
1 TSP GINGER
1 TSP GREEN CHILLI
175G METHI
1 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER
SALT TO TASTE
1 TSP GARAM MASALA
1/2 TSP AMCHOOR POWDER
 
 
Method:
 
In a pan add cauliflower, water , salt and boil it slightly. Drain the water.
Now in a pan add oil and let it heat. Then add cumin seeds, hing, green chilli, boiled cauliflower and mix it well. Cook for another 5 min.
Then add methi, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, garam masala and mix it well Let it cook for 10 min.Let methi cook properly. at the end add amchoor powder and mix it well. 
Cook for a min and serve it with chapati.
