Simple yet full of flavours, this Aloo Kadhi is a filling and delicious dish you must try this Navratri.
 
Ingredients:
4 boiled potatoes
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp green chillies
1/2 tsp sendha namak / rock salt
1/2 cup singhare ka atta / water chestnut flour
1 cup curd
1 cup singhare ka atta / water chestnut flour
1 cup ghee
3 tbsp ghee
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 ts[ green chillies
2 sprigs curry leaves
1 cup water
 
Method:
Grate the boiled potatoes in a large bowl, then add ginger, green chillies, sendha namak and singhare ka atta. 
Mix well and make small balls with the potatoes.
Heat ghee in a pan and fry the potato balls. Set aside for later.
To make the kadhi, mix curd and singhare ka atta in a large bowl.
Now, heat ghee in a wok or pan, and add ginger, cumin seeds, green chillies and curry leaves.
Saute, then add the curd mix. Fry it off until the singhare ka atta is cooked.
Now add water and keep stirring until a thick and smooth gravy forms. 
Add the potato balls and cook for a few more minutes.
Serve the kadhi hot with fresh coriander leaves on top.
