Ingredients:
1 tbsp peanuts
1 tbsp cashews
2 boiled potatoes
1 cup soaked sabudana
1 tsp green chillies
1 tsp curry leaves
Sendha namak/rock salt to taste
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp hing
2 tbsp ghee
 
Method:
Dry roast the cashews and peanuts, then grind them into a coarse powder.
Mash the boiled potatoes in a large bowl.
Add soaked sabudana, green chillies, curry leaves, rock salt, cumin seeds, and hung.
Mix everything together and make small tikkis.
Heat ghee in a pan, and shallow fry the tikkis until golden brown on both sides.
