Sarson Ka Saag Aur Makki Ki Roti Recipe

Sarson ka saag makki ki roti is a popular Indian vegetarian recipe mainly prepared during winters.  
 
Ingredients:
 
200G MAKAI ATTA
1 CUP ATTA
1/4 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
1/4 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
1/2 TSP SALT
50ML WATER
2 TBSP OIL
1 TSP GREEN CHILLIES
1 CUP ONIONS
1/2 TSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE
250G MUSTARD LEAVES
75G SPINACH LEAVES
SALT TO TASTE
1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER
1 TSP GARAM MASALA
 
Method:
To make makki ki roti-
 
In a bowl add makki atta, atta, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt and mix well.
Add water as needed and mix it well to make a soft dough.
Make small balls and roll out the dough. Toast it on tawa.
Your roti is ready.
 
To make saag - 
 
In a pan add oil and let it heat and then add green chilli, onions and saute them.
Then add ginger garlic paste, mustard leaves, spinach leaves and mix a bit. Now cover and cook for 5 min.
Let the leaves wilt.
Now add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder & mix well.
Cook until done. at last add garam masala and serve it with makki ki roti.
