धार में कमलनाथ ने जनसभा की थी.. इसी दौरान कमलनाथ ने जनता के बीच एक बड़ी घोषणा की है.. उन्होंने कहा कि कांग्रेस की सरकार आने पर 100 यूनिट बिजली माफ कर दी जाएगी..और 200 यूनिट बिजली हॉफ यानी कर दी जाएगी..
