Jammu- Kashmir के उप राज्यपाल को Gwalior से मिला कानूनी नोटिस, 7 दिन में माफी मांगने की मांग !

पत्रकार और गांधीवादी कार्यकर्ता डॉ राकेश पाठक ने राष्ट्रपिता महात्मा गांधी के बारे में मिथ्यावाचन करने पर जम्मू कश्मीर के उपराज्यपाल मनोज सिन्हा को कानूनी नोटिस भेजा है। नोटिस में कहा गया है कि सिन्हा सात दिन में अपने बयान पर लिखित में सार्वजनिक माफ़ी मांगें अन्यथा अदालती कार्यवाही के लिए कदम उठाया जाएगा

Journalist and Gandhian activist Dr. Rakesh Pathak has sent a legal notice to Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha for misrepresenting the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi. It has been said in the notice that Sinha should make a public apology in writing on his statement in seven days, otherwise steps will be taken for court proceedings.
