संजीवनी घोटाला: शेखावत की याचिका पर हाइकोर्ट के जज क्यों नहीं कर रहे हैं सुनवाई, जानिए पूरा मामला

900 करोड़ से ज्यादा के संजीवनी घोटाले को लेकर गजेंद्र सिंह ने सीएम गहलोत पर मानहानि का मुकदमा दायर किया था जिसके बाद गहलोत भी कार्रवाई की बात कह चुके हैं। इस मामले में शेखावत की गिरफ्तारी टालने और जांच CBI को सौंपने के लिए 24 मार्च को याचिका भी दायर की गई। लेकिन आपको जानकर हैरानी होगी कि इस मामले में अभी तक राजस्थान हाईकोर्ट के दो जज सुनवाई से इनकार कर चुके हैं। 28 मार्च को जस्टिस मनोज गर्ग की सिंगल बेंच ने सुनवाई से इनकार कर दिया था। मंगलवार को जस्टिस प्रवीर भटनागर की सिंगल बेंच में इस याचिका पर सुनवाई होनी थी। यहां भी जज ने याचिका पर सुनवाई करने से इनकार कर दिया। इसके पीछे ये कारण सामने आया है कि जज इस मामले में निष्पक्ष कार्रवाई चाहते हैं जिसके चलते अभी तक दो जज सुनवाई से इनकार कर चुके हैं। कहा जा रहा है कि गजेंद्र सिंह शेखावत ने सीएम गहलोत के खिलाफ जब से मानहानि का दावा किया है, तब से इस मामले को लेकर राजस्थान की पुलिस हरकत में आ गई है। पीड़ितों की महीनों पुरानी शिकायतों का हवाला देते हुए FIR दर्ज किए जा रहे हैं। मंगलवार तक इस मामले मे 150 से ज्यादा केस दर्ज हो चुके हैं। संजीवनी मुद्दे को लेकर 21 फरवरी को सीएम ने शेखावत समेत उनके परिवार को इस घोटाले का आरोपी बताया था। इसके बाद शेखावत ने मार्च के पहले सप्ताह में गहलोत के खिलाफ दिल्ली की कोर्ट में मानहानि केस दायर किया था।मुख्यमंत्री पर मानहानि का केस दायर करने के बाद राजस्थान में एसओजी एक्टिव हुई और सोसायटी के संचालकों के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज करना शुरू किया। 22 मार्च से 2 अप्रैल के बीच 11 दिनों में ही जोधपुर, बाड़मेर व जालोर में 123 मामले दर्ज हुए।

The petition was to be heard in a single bench of Justice Praveer Bhatnagar on Tuesday. Here also the judge refused to hear the petition. The reason behind this has been revealed that the judges want fair action in this matter, due to which two judges have so far refused to hear. It is being said that ever since Gajendra Singh Shekhawat made a defamation claim against CM Gehlot, the Rajasthan Police has swung into action regarding the matter. FIRs are being registered citing months-old complaints of the victims. Till Tuesday, more than 150 cases have been registered in this matter. Regarding the Sanjeevani issue, on February 21, the CM had named Shekhawat and his family as accused of this scam. After this, Shekhawat filed a defamation case against Gehlot in the Delhi court in the first week of March. After filing a defamation case against the Chief Minister, the SOG became active in Rajasthan and started registering cases against the operators of the society. Between March 22 and April 2, 123 cases were registered in Jodhpur, Barmer and Jalore in 11 days.
