थाने के पास घूमते रहे जघीना को मारने वाले आरोपी, पहचान ही नहीं पाई पुलिस !

जघीना की हत्या के आरोपी थाने के पास घूमते रहे और फिर खुद ही पुलिस के पास जाकर सरेंडर कर दिया। पुलिस भी उन्हें नहीं पहचान पाई।
