आज राजस्थान ही नहीं बल्कि पूरे देश की निगाहें गहलोत और सचिन पायलट पर टिकी हुई है। मल्लिकार्जुन खड़गे के आवास पर क्या फैसला होगा, इसका सब बेसब्री से इंतजार कर रहे हैं। अगर आज कोई गलत फैसला हुआ तो क्या राजस्थान की स्थिति भी पश्चिम बंगाल, आंध्रप्रदेश और पंजाब जैसी हो सकती है। जी हां जिस तरह का विवाद कांग्रेस में गहलोत और पायलट के बीच है वैसा ही विवाद पश्चिम बंगाल, आंध्रप्रदेश और पंजाब में रहा है। इसका नतीजा ये रहा कि पश्चिम बंगाल और आंध्रप्रदेश से तो आज कांग्रेस का सफाया हो चुका है। पहले बात पश्चिम बंगाल की करते हैं। पश्चिम बंगाल में सोमेन मित्रा और ममता बनर्जी के बीच विवाद था। 1993 में नरसिम्हा राव की सरकार में मंत्री ममता बनर्जी ने कोलकाता की ब्रिगेड मैदान में एक रैली कर मंत्रिमंडल से इस्तीफा दे दिया। ममता ने कहा कि सीपीएम के अत्याचार के खिलाफ बंगाल में रहकर लड़ाई लड़ूंगी, इसलिए केंद्र की राजनीति नहीं करुंगी। ममता ने इस्तीफा देते हुए तत्कालीन बंगाल कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष सोमेन मित्रा पर सीपीएम सरकार से मिलीभगत का आरोप लगाया। दोनों के बीच इसके बाद विवाद बढ़ता गया। ममता राज्य की राजनीति में लगातार एक्टिव होते गई और अधिकांश नेताओं को साधने में कामयाब हुईं तो वहीं दूसरी तरफ सोमेन मित्रा का दिल्ली में काफी दबदबा था। सोमेन ने आलाकमान से अपने पक्ष में फैसला करवा लिया जिसके बाद ममता ने पार्टी छोड़ दी।इसके बाद उन्होंने 1998 में अपनी नई पार्टी बना ली। इसके बाद कांग्रेस के कई नेता तृणमूल कांग्रेस में आ गए। इसके बाद जब सिंगूर और नंदीग्राम की घटना हुई तो इसने ममता बनर्जी को राजनीतिक संजीवनी देने का काम किया। इसके बाद 2011 में ममता बंगाल में सीपीएम सरकार को हटाने में कामयाब रहीं। इसके बाद बंगाल में कांग्रेस का दायरा सिकुड़ता गया। इसके बाद हालात ये हुए कि 2021 के चुनाव में कांग्रेस जीरो सीट पर सिमट गई। पश्चिम बंगाल के बाद अब बात करते हैं आंध्रप्रदेश की जहां 2009 में जब संयुक्त आंध्र प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री वाई.एस राजशेखर रेड्डी का आकस्मिक निधन हो गया। इसके बाद सीएम के नाम की अटकलें शुरू हो गईं। रेड्डी के बेटे जगनमोहन रेड्डी सीएम बनना चाहते थे लेकिन कांग्रेस ने रोसैया को सीएम बना दिया। इसके बाद जगन ने अपनी यात्रा शुरू की। हालांकि कांग्रेस आलाकमान ने उन्हें मनाने की कोशिश की, इसके बाद एक फॉर्मूले के तहत आलाकमान ने किरण रेड्डी को सीएम बना दिया। इसके बाद 2011 के कडप्पा लोकसभा उपचुनाव में जगन मोहन रेड्डी ने 5 लाख से ज्यादा वोटों से जीत हासिल की। इसके बाद उन्होंने कांग्रेस से अपनी राहें अलग कर लीं। और अपनी नई पार्टी वाई.एस कांग्रेस बना ली। 2019 के विधानसभा चुनाव में जगन मोहन रेड्डी अपनी पार्टी की सरकार बनाने में कामयाब हुए और आंध्र प्रदेश में कांग्रेस जीरो पर सिमट गई। हाल ही में पूर्व सीएम किरण रेड्डी भी बीजेपी में शामिल हो गए हैं। इसके अलावा पंजाब में कुछ ऐसा ही हाल था। पंजाब में कैप्टन अमरिंदर सिंह और नवजोत सिंह सिद्धू के बीच विवाद था। इसके बाद अमरिंदर सिंह को सीएम पद से हटाया गया और सिद्धू को पंजाब का इंचार्ज बनाया गया। इसके बाद कांग्रेस के नेताओं में असहमति सामने आई। ये पूरा मामला सार्वजनिक हो रहा था जिससे बाद लोगों में ये संदेश गया कि पार्टी के अंदर कलह है। जिसका फायदा चुनाव में आम आदमी पार्टी को हुआ। कांग्रेस हाईकमान के लिए गहलोत-पायलट का विवाद नया नहीं है। और ऐसा भी नहीं है कि कांग्रेस आलाकमान ने इस विवाद को सुलझाने की कोशिश नहीं की। राजस्थान चुनाव से पहले गहलोच-पायलट का मसला सुलझाना कांग्रेस आलाकमान के लिए किसी अग्नि परीक्षा से कम नहीं होगा। Today, not only Rajasthan but the eyes of the whole country are focused on Gehlot and Sachin Pilot. There was a dispute between Somen Mitra and Mamta Banerjee in West Bengal. In 1993, Mamata Banerjee, a minister in Narasimha Rao’s government, resigned from the cabinet by holding a rally at Kolkata’s Brigade Ground. Mamta said that she will fight against the tyranny of CPM by staying in Bengal, so she will not do politics at the center. While resigning, Mamta accused the then Bengal Congress President Somen Mitra of complicity with the CPM government. After this the dispute between the two increased. Mamta continued to be active in the politics of the state and was successful in helping most of the leaders, while on the other hand Somen Mitra had a lot of influence in Delhi. Somen got the high command to decide in her favor after which Mamta left the party. After this she formed her new party in 1998. After this many Congress leaders joined Trinamool Congress. After this, when the incident of Singur and Nandigram happened, it worked to give political life to Mamta Banerjee. After this, in 2011, Mamta was able to remove the CPM government in Bengal. After this, the scope of Congress in Bengal kept shrinking. After this, the situation happened that in the 2021 elections, Congress was reduced to zero seat. After West Bengal, now let’s talk about Andhra Pradesh where in 2009 when the Chief Minister of United Andhra Pradesh YS Rajasekhara Reddy passed away suddenly. After this the speculation about the name of CM started. Reddy’s son Jaganmohan Reddy wanted to become the CM but the Congress made Rosaiah the CM. After this Jagan started his journey. Although the Congress high command tried to persuade him, after that, under a formula, the high command made Kiran Reddy the CM. After this, in the 2011 Cuddapah Lok Sabha by-election, Jagan Mohan Reddy won by more than 5 lakh votes. After this he parted ways with the Congress. And formed his new party YS Congress. In the 2019 assembly elections, Jagan Mohan Reddy managed to form the government of his party and the Congress was reduced to zero in Andhra Pradesh. Recently former CM Kiran Reddy has also joined BJP. Apart from this, there was a similar situation in Punjab. There was a dispute between Captain Amarinder Singh and Navjot Singh Sidhu in Punjab. After this, Amarinder Singh was removed from the post of CM and Sidhu was made in-charge of Punjab. After this, disagreements came to the fore among the Congress leaders. This whole matter was becoming public, after which the message went to the people that there is discord within the party. The benefit of which was given to the Aam Aadmi Party in the elections. The Gehlot-Pilot dispute is not new to the Congress high command. And it is not that the Congress high command did not try to resolve the dispute. Resolving the Gehloch-Pilot issue before the Rajasthan elections will be no less than an ordeal for the Congress high command.
