भारत का पड़ोसी देश नेपाल एक बार फिर भूकंप की चपेट में हैं। शुक्रवार देर रात आए 6.4 तीव्रता वाले इस भूकंप के कारण कई इमारतें ढह गई हैं और तबाही का आलम यह है कि 129 लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है. अभी भी मौतों के आंकड़े बढ़ सकते हैं। मलबे में दबने के कारण कई लोग गंभीर रूप से घायल हुए हैं, जिन्हें अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया है। इस भूकंप में 1000 से अधिक लोग घायल हो गये हैं। नेपाल सरकार के मुताबिक राहत और बचाव कार्य जारी है… बताया जा रहा है कि भूकंप के कारण ज्यादातर लोगों की मौत रुकुम पश्चिम और जाजरकोट में हुई है। मृतकों की जानकारी रुकुम पश्चिम के डीएसपी नामराज भट्टराई और जाजरकोट के डीएसपी संतोष रोक्का ने दी है।
