17 नवंबर को वोटिंग के बाद ईवीएम मशीनों को जिले में बनाए गए स्ट्रॉन्ग रुम में कड़ी सुरक्षा के बीच रखा गया है.. लेकिन कांग्रेसियों को ईवीएम मशीनों के साथ खेल होने का डर सता रहा है .इसलिए टेंट लगाकर तीन विधानसभाओं के स्ट्रांग रूम की कांग्रेसी कार्यकर्ता दिन-रात रखवाली कर रहे हैं.कार्यकर्ताओं का कहना है कि कि उनकी नजर स्ट्रांग रूम के बाहर लगी एलईडी पर 24 रहती है ..अगर कोई अंदर जाएगा तो उसकी सूचना तुरंत उन्हें मिल जाएगी.
